SOMA Global Services offers flexible, tiered support levels for our customers. These levels are designed to support any size service provider, no matter what stage of network evolution they are in and no matter how large or small their subscriber base is.
SOMA’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides worldwide support for SOMA products, including:
- 24 x 7 x 365 telephone support with immediate response
- Online, interactive issue logging, status and resolution management
- Real-time software update support
- Online, remote, and on-site assistance
- Restoration priority based on severity level assignment
- Remote and on-site diagnostics
Because our global TAC team members have extensive knowledge of wireless infrastructures and IP-based networks, they can help service providers achieve the network uptime they need for mission-critical voice, data and video services.
In addition, SOMA’s TAC team facilitates the returned material authorization (RMA) process for base station and core components. And while SOMA recommends that customers keep spares on site, our TAC team can also dispatch emergency advanced replacement parts to help service providers deliver the best possible subscriber broadband experience.
